Mountain Mobile Wash recommends annual cleanings. There are many variables that affect the frequency of house washing. If you live in a shady area with lots of trees and vegetation you may need more frequent washes. Homes in sunny areas generally can go longer between cleanings.

No two houses are the same. A  single story1500sqft home with minimal landscaping could have a basic wash done in an hour or so. The same home with plants, fences and yard ornaments to work around could take twice as long. Building materials and the amount of growth also play a large role in the time it takes to soft wash a home.

Absolutely not. Mountain Mobile Wash can perform your service with you there or while your away. We send text or email notifications when we are on the way, arrive, and upon completion. The only thing you need to do is make sure your property is ready (windows closed, decorations removed, etc) and be sure that your garden hose faucet is accessible and working. When we're done you will recieve a link to view your invoice.

We do connect to your water supply. In cases where water supply is an issue we can haul water for an additional fee.

Mountain Mobile Wash doesn't use a one size fits all approach to pricing. We take many things in to account when pricing including square footage, the material to be cleaned, landscaping, access to the property and many other things. We do give discounts for bundling multiple services.
