Soft Washing prevents damage by not applying high pressure directly on your siding. Soft Washing won't leave those dark lines on the siding that appear after pressure washing. Soft washing your house will remove organic growth such as moss, lichen, and algae from your siding, gutters, fascia, and windows. A house wash is also a great way to clean up pollen and other particles that land on your home.

OXIDATION REMOVAL

Have you brushed your hand on a piece of siding that left your hand with a chalky residue, made a dark line on the siding? That is the result of oxidation. Some houses have it and some don't. Oxidation occurs over time as the siding ages. It is the equivalent to rust forming on metal. Mountain Mobile Wash uses a solution that breaks the bond between the oxidation and the siding. When a house is washed using high pressure instead of soft washing, the force of the water can disturb the oxidation in spots. This causes a discoloration on the siding where the high pressure water was applied. We never use high pressure when washing a house.
